Reschedule Policy: Please note that the reschedule policy is 48 hours prior to our call. The Therapeutic Coach understands that life happens, and sometimes urgent matters occur. In this case, individual circumstances will be considered at the Coach's discretion and changes or cancelling your session/call will only be accepted by message or phone call.

Late Policy: Please note that if you arrive late (within 10 minutes) your session/call will still commence and it will end at the appointed agreed time scheduled, at the Coach's discretion. If you are late for more than 10 minutes to your session/call, you will be considered as a 'No-Show' (Please see terms of service) and the session/call will terminate. You may incur a charge for the session/call or if you already paid, no refunds will be given. It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your session/call.

WhatsApp Coaching Session Day Policy: These will be booked on agreed dates with the coach. Communication will be between Monday to Friday on the day(s) chosen and between the hours of 8am – 5pm GMT allowing response times of up-to approximately 1-2 hours (to allow for breaks, lunch, other work activities as well as your implementation and integration to take place). It is your responsibility to use this time to achieve your goals which you will be asked at the beginning of each day.
